My new book is an anthology of quotes and insights from women throughout history. Researching his book reminded me how often women have met fear with strength — by learning, sharing, questioning, and finding moments of joy. I don’t think there are many of us whose lives haven’t been impacted by breast cancer, directly or through the people we love. That’s why I wanted the book to support Prevent Breast Cancer. This wonderful charity is the embodiment of that spirit — turning what we know into power. A portion of the book’s proceeds will go towards their research. Because knowledge fights fear.
